Implementation Engineering℠

Typically when an organization determines it needs to tackle a specific improvement initiative, some type of analysis is performed to determine what needs to be done, whether it is feasible to do and what it is worth to do it. The output of the analysis is an implementation plan along with expected benefits. In our experience, this critical component that lays the foundation for success in the initiative often lacks the rigor necessary to manage implementation risk when performed by other consulting firms. About Our Selling Process

Clients of our services and products are typically CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, SVP and VP level. Lately, we have had significant interest from VP and Manager level people accountable for continuous improvement programs for their organizations. Our goal is to briefly introduce you to our services and products to determine if there is a potential fit. We believe we have highly value-added services and products, yet we realize potential clients are constantly bombarded by the consulting industry with the latest, greatest "fix." Our objective is to inform you, not to burden you. If there is interest, we are happy to visit with you in person and provide an in-depth overview of our enCompass℠ services, products and capabilities. This typically takes about an hour. We are confident that this will be a value-added hour and you will be able to clearly assess a potential fit between your needs and enCompass℠.
