Aerospace
Our experience in the aerospace industry goes back as far as the 1960s when we were helping major US aircraft manufacturers install large pieces of equipment. Since that time, we’ve worked within the industry and its supply chain to layout their factories, increase their productivity and throughput, reorganize their operational staff, setup their overhaul facilities, and many other services across a wide range of assemblies and components including everything from fasteners, to composite panels, to aisle stands, to major titanium structural pieces.
Automotive
Over the years we have worked with all the US automobile manufacturers in their plants and across their supply chain. Our experience also includes engine overall for trucks. We’ve worked as well in the European automotive sector. We’ve done the layout of complete factories, as well as numerous other services including supply chain and IT issues, to provide our automotive clients with a full range of services within their operations to have positive impacts on their bottom lines.
Consumer Products
Whether it be exercise equipment to contact lenses to food, Implementation Services has the experience to understand and help companies which have high volume, low cost products that are an everyday part of our lives. Our methodologies allow them to not only increase their competitiveness, but to be able to quickly adapt and change to changes in consumer preferences.

Implementation Services has been integral in helping major heavy equipment manufacturers develop, then implement their global manufacturing strategies. This has been everything from factory design and layout to the systems and organizations to support those factories.
